Freedom Rally
 A Freedom Rally in support of lower taxes, sponsored by a local non partisan organization was held July 18, 2009. The rally gathered at Goldsboro Commons and the prominent speaker was Johnathan Krohn, a national speaker, columnist, and a great mind. Our very own Bill Johnston was asked to speak as well.
